Your Home.
Handled.
About Royce Home & Property Co.
More than a Handyman
Royce Home & Property Co. was built around a simple idea: taking care of your home shouldn’t be complicated.
Homeowners shouldn’t have to make multiple phone calls to find someone willing to handle the repairs, maintenance, improvements, and smaller projects that keep a property in great shape. RHP exists to be the dependable call for those jobs—whether it’s something that needs to be fixed, something you’ve been meaning to improve, or simply a growing list of things you haven’t had time to get to.
The goal is to build long-term relationships with homeowners and property owners who want a reliable person to call when their property needs attention.
That might mean repairing something that’s been bothering you for months, completing a list of projects around the house, preparing a property for a new tenant or sale, handling ongoing maintenance, or improving a space so it works better for your family.
Whatever the project, the approach stays the same: clear communication, dependable service, thoughtful work, and respect for your home.
Built on Service
Royce Home & Property Co. serves homeowners and property owners throughout the Northern Pennsylvania and Southern NY Communities.
We’re building RHP to be the kind of local company people are comfortable recommending to their neighbors-the company you call because you already know who is going to show up and how the job will be handled.

Proudly Serving Our Local Communities
RHP was founded by Caleb Royce, a U.S. Army Veteran following ten years of service in Army Special Operations.
That experience shaped the standards behind the company: communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and take responsibility for the work you put your name on.
After leaving the military, Caleb wanted to build something of his own while continuing to serve the community around him. Royce Home & Property Co. grew from that idea—a locally owned company focused on providing homeowners and property owners with someone they can depend on.
